Week 11 Fantasy Football Waiver Wire: Tyler Allgeier, Alec Pierce and More

Week 11 Fantasy Football Waiver Wire: Tyler Allgeier, Alec Pierce and More

Tyler Allgeier and Alec Pierce highlight this week's best waiver wire pickup recommendations by Kendall Valenzuela.

Say it with me everyone … WE'RE FOUR WEEKS AWAY FROM THE FANTASY FOOTBALL PLAYOFFS!! What? Did you think I was going to give you the countdown to Christmas? It's time to lock in. The waiver wire means a little more every week!

This week only two teams are on bye — the Colts and the Saints. And let me just say this: I, for one, am so grateful that I get a break from facing Jonathan Taylor, because I don't think I can take another three touchdown outing from him (of course, sorry to all his managers who have to go somewhere else this week lol).

All rostership percentages are from Yahoo and, as always, I try to focus on highlighting players less than 40% rostered. Also, don't forget our Waiver Wire Tool, which will have even more targets on a weekly basis.

Notable Injuries To Watch

  • Jaxson Dart (concussion)
  • Dalton Kincaid (hamstring)
  • Davante Adams (oblique)
  • Bam Knight (ankle)
  • Oronde Gadsden (knee)
  • Garrett Wilson (knee)

Week 11 Waiver Wire Adds

Parker Washington, WR, Jaguars (41% rostered)

OK, I'm cheating here because Parker Washington is over 40% rostered, but he needs to be rostered in more leagues so consider this the final PSA!

Screenshot 2025-11-09 at 6.19.04 PM.webp

We are not going to get Washington WR1 days forever. Brian Thomas Jr. should be back sooner rather than later to shut down this party, but for now Washington deserves a shoutout for leading the team in targets (4) and for coming down with three of those for 33 yards and an incredible touchdown. Once BTJ returns the role for Washington will change, and there's a chance it changes with the arrival of Jakobi Meyers, but for now Washington should be picked up.

Alec Pierce, WR, Colts (42% rostered)

Okay, I'm cheating here part II, because Alec Pierce is (also) over 40% rostered, but he should be picked up more heading into Week 11! Not only are the Colts leaving Berlin with a win, but Pierce hauled in four of his seven targets for 84 yards and a touchdown on Sunday. The Colts are heading into their bye week, but if someone in your league is crazy enough to drop him then you should scoop Pierce up quickly. He has 501 receiving yards on the season off 45 targets and 24 receptions.

Tez Johnson, WR, Buccaneers (32% rostered)

A two-touchdown day makes everyone turn to pay attention to you, and that's exactly what we're doing here with Tez Johnson over in Tampa Bay. He locked down four receptions off five targets for 42 yards and found the end zone twice. Chris Godwin's return timeline sits somewhere between "late November" and "early December" per head coach Todd Bowles, but we should err on the side of caution and just assume he won't be back until December. Hopefully the Buccaneers can get Bucky Irving back, but until then Johnson has established himself and should be picked up. He has actually averaged 13.34 fantasy points in his last five games!

Tyler Allgeier, RB, Falcons (33% rostered)

I don't know what got into the Falcons and Tyler Allgeier over in Berlin, but wow if you started him you got a treat with 17.7 fantasy points. Allgeier carried the ball 11 times for 57 yards and two touchdowns, but the interesting part was that he had heavy usage in the red zone and at the goal line. If that sticks then Allgeier will move heavily up the ranks going forward. This was Allgeier's first multi-touchdown performance since Week 1 of the 2023 season. I'll be checking the Utilization Report later this week to see the biggest takeaways from this split.

Mack Hollins, WR, Patriots (1% rostered)

New England was without receiver Kayshon Boutte against the Buccaneers, but Mack Hollins stepped up with Drake Maye and not only led the team in targets (10), but finished with six receptions for a team-leading 106 yards. Maye has been playing exceptionally well this season and can elevate any receiver around him, including Hollins. He has a chance to lead the team in routes again in Week 11 and is definitely in the flex range when the Patriots take on the Jets at home.

Dalton Schultz, TE, Texans (34% rostered)

We won't get the second-largest comeback in team history again from the Texans, but it's worth highlighting Dalton Schultz here! He had a season high 11 targets and also notched his second-most fantasy points (18.6). In all, he had seven receptions for 43 yards and a touchdown. We'll see if he gets Davis Mills again at quarterback or if CJ Stroud will be back, but the Texans face the Titans and Schultz is definitely in play.

Theo Johnson, TE, Giants (40% rostered)

Jaxson Dart left Sunday's game with a concussion, but someone still worth considering adding in deeper formats is Giants tight end Theo Johnson. He had 75 yards after catching seven out of eight targets, which was good for 14.5 fantasy points. We'll have to see how Dart moves throughout the concussion protocol during the week, but if you're weak at the tight end position then Johnson is not someone to overlook.

And if you check our Utilization Score, you'll see Johnson has quietly been super-involved in the offense:

Dawson Knox (1% rostered) / Jackson Hawes (0% rostered), TEs, Bills

If you're looking for "the next guys up" in the tight end department for the Bills look no further than Dawson Knox and Jackson Hawes. These two are lower on the priority list because the Bills will still continue to be a team that spreads the ball around. 11 different players caught a pass on Sunday from Josh Allen, but Knox had the third-most receiving yards (37) off three receptions. Hawes had two targets and one reception for 26 yards, but he was able to find the endzone. I think there's better tight ends you can find off waivers, but if you're in a tight end premium league then these two should definitely be on your radar.

Christian Watson, WR, Packers (31% rostered)

The Packers don't play until Monday night, but this feels like a good time to mention Christian Watson before the Week 11 rush. Matthew Golden was banged up last week and while Watson did visit the medical tent, he eventually finished the game with a 79% route participation rate and 112 air yards. I have him ranked as a WR4 against the Packers, but his matchups down the stretch are juicy for fantasy — Giants (Week 11), Lions (Week 13), Bears (Weeks 14/16) and Ravens (Week 17).

Tahj Brooks, RB, Bengals (2% rostered)

The Bengals were off this week, but this is just a reminder that Samaje Perine suffered a high ankle sprain back in Week 9 and was considered week-to-week at the time by head coach Zac Taylor. This is obviously Chase Brown's backfield — he dominated the backfield with a 95% snap share and had an elite 93 Utilization Score in that Week 9 matchup. If we don't see Perine, then Brooks would come in as the RB2 in this offense, so he's worth an add in deeper leagues.

Luther Burden, WR, Bears (5% rostered)

DJ Moore went down with a shoulder injury on Sunday, and if he misses time it feels like this could be another opportunity for Luther Burden to step up in this offense. Burden caught 3 passes for 51 yards, and while the next matchup against the Vikings isn't ideal, the Bears take on the Steelers the following week (they have allowed the most fantasy points to wide receivers this season).

Blake Corum, RB, Rams (11% rostered)

Over the last three games for the Rams, Blake Corum has had 12, 13 and 13 carries. He also handled 67% of the Rams' rushing attempts in the second half of Sunday's game against the 49ers. This is still Kyren Williams' world, but if he ever were to go down with an injury then Corum would skyrocket up the rankings.

Brian Robinson Jr., RB, 49ers (24% rostered)

This is more of a stash than a flex play, but PLEASE if you're a Christian McCaffrey manager make sure you handcuff him with Brian Robinson. He had 41 yards and a touchdown in Week 10 and handled 38% of the rushing attempts. If we see a lighter workload going forward with CMC then we could see Robinson move up the rankings. For now it's best to be early and stash him on your bench.

Sean Tucker, RB, Buccaneers (7% rostered)

We didn't get good news on Monday about Bucky Irving. Head Coach Todd Bowles said there was no timeline for his return and that means it will be Rachaad White's backfield, along with Sean Tucker. Tucker might be available in your leagues and you should take a look at him—he rushed for 53 yards compared to 38 for White in Week 10 and over the last two games, he is handling 41% and 43% of the attempts. If you're shorthanded in the running back department, the Buccaneers are taking on the Bills in Week 11. Buffalo is allowing the sixth-most fantasy points to running backs.
